You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect for us to process your refund within two days of your item being received by us.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We always offer FREE shipping within the United States! We also offer Route insurance to protect your order from damage, loss, or theft. This option goes above and beyond the protection of a regular carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. With the current state of the world and delivery services in particular, we feel it is our duty to offer you more protection than normal. The cost of Route insurance is usually about 1% of your order - a small price to pay for protection. Though you are not required to purchase Route insurance, we do encourage it as we hold no responsibility for loss, damage, theft, or other issues that may arrive during delivery.
Please note: Once your order has been marked "Awaiting Shipment", cancellations are not possible as the order is already being processed in our warehouses. If you must cancel an order, please do so immediately.
